Calm down, we have to take it easy at this stage of life.

As a podperson, do you know what happened to the real NF?

    Just asking, like.

Just purchased some benelyn Tickly cough stuff, only to find it's exactly the fecking same as the boots stuff which is half the price, to whit, glycerol & sugar, with a blackcurrant flavour that's never seen a real blackcurrant.

Plainly a fate far worse than death.

It's proved so effective that I've just had another slug of it.

For a moment, half an hour ago, I though the ZeitBurglarLady had returned, but it transpired it was someone attempting to access next door but their back door was locked.

Would have been polite to have knocked & asked, mind.

Just a tip when you are in a contract only go to one supermarket per weekend.

Though oddly in my case I noticed my supermarkets are empty around 4pm on a Saturday.

Right have to go and do a bit of gardening.

The old boys' club magazine turned up. Flicking through, I saw a name I recognised as one of my former form-mates, though I would have been hard pressed to recognise the chap from the photo. He visited the school to give a lecture to the Upper Sixth late last year. Jolly good. Then the final sentence: "Sadly we have just heard that he has passed away…"

There's a French teacher I vaguely remember (though he never taught me) who's died in the past year, too

I used to meet my old biology teacher whilst wandering around Neath between contracts.

He must have been in his early 90s when he popped his clogs 5 or so years ago.

Nice chap. Never married so far as I know.

And here's a reference to him:

I remember him saying stuff like that.

He died on the 27th of April 2011, and he was 80, not 90, if my translation from Cymraeg is correct.
