I walked a mile to Sidcup station. Then got train to Lewisham. Then walked to the wharf! About 4 miles I suppose - took about an hour and 15....Comment

A valedictory bacon sarnie has been purchased, to commence celebrations.
Plenty of M&S goodies stashed under my desk to feed the permies
Bottle of champagne for contracts lady, as insurance against future barren spells
3 hour 'drop-in' session arranged for anyone interested to come and pick my brains, should they so choose.
Marathon drinking session arranged for this evening.
