It got here about half an hour ago. it weighs 200lb or 100kg.
It's fecking heavy.
Very fecking heavy.
Being a cheapskate I decided to unpack & install it myself.
Not sure this was a good idea as good ideas go.
Had to saw the pallet in bits to get the thing down on the floor the ..
The transport thingies are another challenge.
But it's connected up now.
Not altogether sure I am any more. Ho hum.
Managed to find a location on the floor where it doesn't rock back & fore.
May try a wash before long.
Once I've recovered a bit.
Twas an interesting exercise watching two strong chaps getting the damn thing over the little wall since the gap was too small for it to pass.
It only just got into the kitchen.Comment

The chap on the back of the van was merrily moving stuff about quite easily until he got to the Miele.

Aren't the little feet adjustable to stop it rocking? Or is the floor too uneven for them?Comment
