All booked for London next week. Managed to find a decent hotel for less than the price of the premier inn.
Anyone know of a site where you can get cheap rail tickets. Just checked prices for a day return to Oxford or thereabouts and its almost as much as the flights with the exchange rate factored in.Comment

Feck me.
I'm getting homicidal with these useless indolent lazy good for nothing esteemed customers.
One oik built something back in October, hasn't touched it since, and is now being persuaded it might be a good idea to actually do something.
I'm getting that Inspector Dreyfuss twitch again.
I'm sure it's justifiable homicide.Comment

Last week, I had a ticket from Northallerton to London - £53.20 one way on a specific train.
The next train was £102 - that meant a change in York onto the same train as the £53.20 train.
So Northallerton to York (on that train) was £50 instead of £9 that splitting the ticket would have been.Comment
