I like the person offering a correction: "It's a leap year so isn't it 364?"

How did WWIII go last night?

There were a few fireworks around here but nothing spectacular.
Went on for about an hour and a half and the NorPusses were terrified.

Lots of cooking. Smoked a ham hock, boiled it. Now chilling.

          Pea and ham soup tomorrow.

Just popped out to check on the cars. No further fence collapse that I could see, but my word, it's a miserable night out there! Cold, wet, windy, and singularly dark to boot

And to make it worse the Salmon is now closed for a few weeks until the new folk there move in. Let's hope they don't manage to spoil the place.

Severe chest pain. If I'm not here tomorrow, I leave my bicycle to NF.

That is the BMC Granfondo gf02 disc (I love this bike). My Rockhopper mountain bike will do for ms#5, should he ever choose to ride a bike again, and my pub (Lejog) bike is probably past the point where it becomes worth bequeathing - if anyone wants it, it should go to one of my Lejog buddies.
