Landlord was out of front room so I had to pass him on the stairs.
He is indulging in his favourite hobby. Vacuuming!
After football he always chats to his mates about what they do on a Sunday afternoon. All the rest have wife or child commitments. He always says he is of to do whatever he wants.
The sink area in the kitchen is not nearly so clean. He has cutlery and plate racks. They gather filth. I often have to clean cutlery to take bits of food off from the drawer!
But he is fanatical about his carpet.
I think I might tell him ISIS have insulted his carpet - that will be the end of them.....
