Did you get it from Crucial?

They still haven't got RAM upgrades for the new iMac - more accurately, they've got a generic part which will "probably" work, and people who've tried it say it's fine, but in a week or three they'll have parts built specifically to Apple's hardware specs. I thought about just going with the generic parts, but now I'm thinking I'll wait for the ones specifically designed for the machine.

I ordered the RAM from crucial, but as its an mid '12 mbp they had loads available.

Ordered on Sunday, arrived this morning

The SSD I'll get from the cheapest place.

            Gosh.

Some South American chap wants to know stuff about a gsm modem I was playing about with 4 years ago.

4 years is a loooooooong time in gsm modem land.

Just looking on Crucial and wondering whether it's worth getting a 1TB SSD for my 2006 MacBook
