Well, day 1 of the conference was a bit of a mixed bag. Some really good stuff, but also some that was really tedious.
There was one talk about responsive design that I was looking forward to. She ended up devoting most of it to a load of project management "tips" that were so basic and generic, they could equally well apply to building a supermarket or sending a probe to Mars
Eric Meyer was very good though. Made the day worthwhile

I decided to head home tomorrow after the conference rather than staying on till Saturday. As this means getting up early enough to take my luggage to the car first thing, I suppose I ought to get to sleep
