Nowt wrong with Premier Inn. Perfectly adequate. And they do a good brekkie.

PI sausage update: yes, I think they're marginally different, but not so much that you'd necessarily notice unless you've eaten many, many PI breakfasts.

I'm beginning to wish I'd hit the buffet one more time before leaving, so they're clearly acceptable when mildly hungover on a Saturday morning, which is as much as one can reasonably expect from a hotel breakfast sausage

Conference registration opens at 9:30, proceedings commence at 9:50. The venue is about twenty seconds walk away. Think I'll set off about 9:40 to allow time for grabbing coffee and getting a decent spec on the balcony
