                  I wonder if HMG/HMRC have considered the mental health aspect of their proposals. I feel quite depressed, which, if I nurture and listen to appropriately depressing music, could result in unemployment, sickness benefit, and loss of vast wodges of corp tax.

                    Mind you, I suppose the increased alcohol duty revenue will go some way towards mitigating the risk.
