I fecking hate, loathe & detest that programme.

There we are; beef done to a turn, roasties were a bit on the soggy side, and the rice pud was perfect, along with the stewed gooseberries (green/yellow).

Yum.

So all I have left to do today is vaccing another house, the Sunday afternoon shop, and, eventually, once it's cooled down a bit, the digging of the remaining patch of soon to be lawn.

Simples.

Afternoon denizens

Sunny here, despite the weather app having predicted a rainy Sunday for several days

It did rain in the small hours this morning, so that must be what it meant

Rained here this morning, after which it's been sunny & dry ever since.

Still haven't vacced the 2nd house, spent most of the afternoon playing Freecell.

I suppose I'd better go & give it a quick once over now.

Tea was scrambled eggs on toast.

It was ok.

Did it in the microwave which is usually a mistake since you can't whisk it & cook it at the same time.

It was ok though.
