To cap it all, my printer jammed when I printed the new policy.
And then when I got it unjammed, ran out of ink.

To the chippy for tea. The couple who own it aren't very happy at the moment. There's a very large mirror in the first floor flat above the shop across the street, and at this time of year the evening sun behind their shop is reflected by it straight into their faces as they work behind the counter
As if it wasn't bad enough in summer to be working in close proximity to several gallons of boiling oil and a couple of hot cabinets, they now get blinded for about half an hour every day…
