Am still chuffed about the win especially when I found out who I was up against, one of them being a BBQ world champ and the other a masterchef finalist and 2 other pro BBQers.

I didn't have the heart to tell the blokes that I wasn't best pleased with my dishes

I was the only female solo entry and they were weirded out by that alone.

One of those competitions where you have no idea up front what you're cooking and have an hour to assemble your dish.
