Did 40 miles with the CTC, which is about 20 miles longer than any other ride I've done this year.

Just got back from the local zoo with my two god children. It was the youngests birthday so he got a larger toy from the shop.
Icecream, treats, monkeys, snacks, penguins and much more..

So having extracted myself from my armchair, I get berated for 'tipping'. Apparently one is supposed to wedge one's hand into the pot to extract said Pringles.
