The sausage casserole's flavour has developed nicely in the fridge overnight. Also, the frozen chips have been a resounding success - so much so, I'm thinking of devoting time at the weekend to making a huge batch of themComment

Been to an Italian restaurant in Brighouse tonight to celebrate the diagnosis of no C-word
All by myself, but it was brilliant to just eat and drink merry. Had 2 pints of Peroni, a bottle of chianti and 2 dessert glasses of Limoncello
The fish and beef were fantastic !
