Had one last week as well, feckers dragged the response out for a month, only reason they did was that they were waiting for the internal PM to confirm availability.

These guys at Spire hospital have been kind enough to give me a room with a Telly, internet and full meals service till end of tomorrow. Bastards won't release me from the hospital unless someone comes to pick me up or I spend a whole day till their nurses are satisfied that I will be safe at home.
