If you live in the states, you can still get the same ingredients and make the recipe but you'll almost definitely never visit the restaurant in Amsterdam.
    That's better lad. Ta!

      Shouldn't that be Bradfordistan?
I'm not even an atheist so much as I am an antitheist; I not only maintain that all religions are versions of the same untruth, but I hold that the influence of churches, and the effect of religious belief, is positively harmful. [Christopher Hitchens]

It was a mere jest. I've been there quite a few times and managed to resist the urge to jump off.

Am trying to cater for the cloggy market too, so will keep doing what I'm doing but concentrate more on recipes. I've plenty to dip into my my contribution to the CUKbook. Might target some of the expat groups as well.

Though am happily coming up with new ones on a weekly basis.

When I have about 100 or so I'll probably try and self publish.

Am getting some good responses from cloggy peeps on the recipes and also on reviews.
