It seems that Chef is a very powerful configuration management tool, but one thing I can say for certain is that not a single person in the world who knows anything about it is capable of writing a tutorial with any degree of competence

The Chef Fast Start Guide has been renamed and rewritten since I first wrote this in 2013. It does seem better, but it still looks anything but “fast”.Comment
