Nothing against Nottingham per se - just all the people getting in my way on the A606 every morningOriginally posted by covbob View PostAs a citizen of Nottingham I resemble that remark.
Anyway it could be worse: driving into Derby *shudder*
Presumably they don't live here either, or they'd already be here.Comment

Just had to do another ClientCorp CBT thing, this time about security and such. It explained what would happen if a tornado was approaching the building, and what to do if somebody turns up with a gun. One page bore the logo - sorry, "seal" - of the US Department of Homeland Security
Apparently packages that tick and have wires poking out should be treated with a degree of circumspection. Who knew? Certainly not somebody who grew up with the IRA regularly bombing the crap out of everywhere

Heard my first xmas song of the season yesterday.
Am just wondering when to put the xmas tree up, usually put it up on my b'day which is under a week before, but may do it the day before.
With Mr N out of action, I'm going to have to wrestle with a 7 foot xmas tree all by myself
