The funny thing about cloggies is they're always amazed that you can make all this food yourself.

          Loads of beer left over

One of the guys brough along his home brew which was very nice indeed.

We also broke out the home made whisky as well
So last night we had the fullers range of beers ( not from me, I bought a load of cloggy independent breweries), some lambic beers and some IPA style Belgian beers and some frankly awful beers.

Still it was fun to try different ones.

            Another Sunday lunch consumed.

Roast lamb, roasties, mash, swede, white cabbage.

            Forgot the peas & carrots.

Followed by a rather overcooked rice pud that hat too much rice in it.

            Ho hum.

Not my finest effort, but the lamb was very nice, much better than last week's beef.

Duck today and hopefully crispy roasties.

Eating my first mince pie of the season.

Not a big mince pie fan, but I do enjoy the occasional one.

Mince pies are the work of the devil. They have dead flies in them.

I read that as Iambic beers.
