I ended up choosing Irish stew with rosemary dumplings and soda bread and a big bowl of veg.

Managed to find a bar that did lots of fizz by the glass, interesting to see lots of producers that never see the light of day outside the region, as we've seen in the other wine regions we've visited.

Just clocking up the numbers of wine tasted over the last 10 days, and its in the region of 70. We've bought a few, will probably head back to Beaune again and spend a bit more time there as there's some untapped winemakers that we'd like to taste again.

It's actually going very well, but I think I'll stop for now as otherwise I'll still be hammering away at the debugger in four hours, and I think it'd be better to get some sleep and start in on it tomorrow
