Contract review failed...batted back to the agency who has a "I use to be a contractor and this contract doesn't need any changes" commercial manager who is refusing to change any of it on the grounds that HMRC changed it all in April

I had the same 2 weeks ago. Agent would not budge, qdos tried and tried but it was never going to happen.

I've only ever had that happen once, with Hays. In the end I dropped the gig rather than sign up to their tulipty T&Cs.

again this morning - more out of hours code upgrades. Only about 2000 more switches to go...
