I will find out how much damage has been done in the morning. At the moment too much adrenaline to tell.
Hope you're OK.Comment

Im not bothering with the insurance stuff. I was worried for about 30 seconds I was going to need an ambulance - I was in alot of pain. After 30 seconds it started getting better.
At the moment the last thing I need is tons of paperwork. Im permie so if I have to take sick days then I am okay. I was so relieved it was not more serious. I went down like a sack of spuds.....
Probably better to claim on their insurance just to make them pay for it in raised premiums for the next few years!Join IPSEComment

Fine today - left knuckles badly swollen but full movement. Several bruises.
Even if I could claim I would try to avoid it - just because of paperwork.
And my shrink would not approve. The guy did not do it deliberately. He looked shocked and upset. Shrink says I have to be more understanding, less harsh on others and myself. It has done me alot of good these last 6 months.
Interesting that what my shrink recommends in basically same as Christianity and other religions. Turn the other cheek. Its no wonder that religions still do well - their basic life philosophy is very useful.Comment
