I had a bad bike smash tonight. Someone opened a parked car door onto me. Right elbow badly grazed and very stiff. Left knuckles bruised. Bruises on right hip and knee. Helmet took some impact but okay.

I will find out how much damage has been done in the morning. At the moment too much adrenaline to tell.

Bike needed handlebars straightening relative to wheel. Its going in Tuesday for a service anyway.

Im not bothering with the insurance stuff. I was worried for about 30 seconds I was going to need an ambulance - I was in alot of pain. After 30 seconds it started getting better.

At the moment the last thing I need is tons of paperwork. Im permie so if I have to take sick days then I am okay. I was so relieved it was not more serious. I went down like a sack of spuds.....
