Owwww. Hip being playing up a bit lately. Started hurting quite a lot about 4k in -should have stopped, but decided to keep going. In the end, time wasn't too bad considering - about 1.5 mins slower than last month (which was 6 minutes faster than last year.) But when I stopped, I could hardly walk back to the car.

Hip (or somewhere in that region, difficult to pin point) is agony. Just had the whole dilemma of which was worse - get out of bed to walk downstairs for painkillers, or stay put with it hurting like ****. Anyway, have swallowed the painkillers, so just trying to summon up the courage to hop back upstairs.

Was intending to walk to the station for London drinks tomorrow, but think I may well have to drive. Might be a sober one.

I got my medal and Haribo though, so it was worth it.

Spooky - my printer has just printed something.

But finding out what would require a hobble into the dining room.
