Busy in the culinary sense this weekend, made strawberry and vanilla jam, lemon curd and soda bread this morning. Yesterday jointed a chicken and made twice baked souffles, I was going to make a chicken recipe from the new Glynn Purnell book but I need to buy a hand blender for smaller amounts of food.
This afternoon has plans for strawberry ice cream and reverse lemon meringue and summat with the rest of the chicken.
