Just unpacked my "new" laptop.
I thought I'd better see if it worked before the warranty runs out on May 4th.

New batch of homemade bacon smoked - slightly more salty than before but blinding with our homemade butter in pita bread! Finding the smoker "cooks" the bacon a bit so need to be more careful with the heat. Perhaps a Green Alien Egg norrahe?
Oh and DaveB, have found a new technique of keeping the "brinewater" in the bag rather than hard crust and drain - makes it less dry.
