        Have relieved Boots of a shelfful of cold cures - First Defence, Echinacea, Vitamin C and Kleenex.

        Have given my nostrils a quick squirt (hadn't heard of this stuff before, so cheers Alias!) and will see how it goes.

          It's good, I usually use it as soon as I feel a cold or anything coming on. Definitely seems to help. Just don't squirt it too far up there or it'll make your eyes water

              The hailstones weren't falling very fast; it looked rather like snow, but you could see them bounce when they hit the ground
