WE have 4 users who are total pains. 3 are traders so thats fine.

But the other one, my big pain, is in risk dept. FFS.

I have only applied. But it seems sensible to go contract when I am off to Wales over next few years.

At the moment though my permie salary is huge, And as I am 50, if I put in 6% to pension (less 40% tax=3.6%) I get 18% a month in! When I am 55 I can drawdown 3/8ths. The good news is MrsBP does not work so I can income shift.

But it still has to be a good rate.

The permie thing I hate is the politics. As a contractor I just thought of the money. Now I feel part of the system and obliged to open my mouth. Which I always jump into with both feet.
