I solved the problems by removing all the spanners and screwdrivers. The only tool left is a sledge hammer. good luck...

Well the house is now ready for people to start tomorrow. Though we have discovered that some of the wiring hasn't been earthed.

I think we'll be getting an electrician in to inspect the work that's been done as the previous owners wired some of the house themselves
