Well finally got to go around the new house without the previous owners breathing down our necks, which was nice.
It is amazing how much you notice when the place has been emptied.
What we did notice yesterday was the fact that they removed practically every fecking light fitting, I'd understand if they were expensive but they weren't, so now we have the added expense of having to buy lighting.
I think we were lucky they actually left the light switches.
We have noticed that some of the fixtures and fittings in some of the rooms are pretty crap quality, so probably in time we'll replace them.Comment

This probably won't be covered by our insurance and the cheapskates who had the house before us probably cancelled theirs already.
I can see it being fun trying to get compensation from the previous owners.
