    Thanks to GF#1, I'm a big convert to Cyprus potatoes. Great frying chips. I use a wok and temp gauge to triple cook mine. Always triple cook nowadays. Worth it.

            It's whether I can get cyprus potatoes over here that's the problem, you're very limited on types.
