Nothing major. Did Eggs Benedict for breakfast on Saturday, and some Meringues (cos the container I freeze leftover egg whites in was getting full) and a Sussex Pond Pudding on Sunday.

Nice.
That's a good idea - freezing leftover egg whites. I always put them in the fridge hoping to use them the next day but never do and so waste quite a lot of them.
I had to look up the pudding - very nice!

Whites freeze really well, yolks really don't. If you're really organised you can use a silicon cupcake mould to freeze them individually but I tend to just chuck them in a plastic tub.

Mmmmm, I love eggs bendict.
You can't get muffins over here which is a pain.
I'm really looking forward to being able to cook proper stuff again in my new kitchen.

They also make a better meringue after being frozen.
I found out the hard way out the yolks, the freezer seems to cook them.
