I have a Renault and you are not wrong about the electrics. My air con went when I got water ingress into the foot wells after washing the car. The scuttle drains were blocked and the water came inside. One garage wanted to replace the motor and the resistor for a mere £650 so I told them to bugger off.Originally posted by eek View PostEngine is bullet proof, being Renault the electrics may possibly be dodgy but the build quality of these is supposedly better than the rest of the range....
Then I found a different garage that replace the control panel at the front for £200 and bosh all systems go.Comment
