Here is work, am still in cloggers and have managed to dodge wearing a burka for several weeks. It appears I get to stay in cloggers.

I think I might be happier when I find out exactly how much of my savings I need to use to put a deposit down.

In the meantime I was looking at cooking pron last night and have earmarked some nice gagdets which kinda blow my original budget out of the water, the hob and the fridge alone cost 10K and I have yet to pick the ovens and the extractor. This is even before I get started on the worktop.
