Looks like the dev contractors here all want to leave. I know why one does (crappier project, really really crap pm) not sure about the others. I just want the paperwork to reflect the verbal confirmation (oh and more money would be nice).

Im not going to pick sides, just getting on and doing my thing and if it ruffles feathers then tough.
