I have now seen surgeon and MRI. I see surgeon at 7:30am tomorrow for MRI interprettation.
Most likely is it’s a meniscal tear which means surgery with a week off. Which is good as I w as worried it would be a full rebuild(if it was the right knee that would be needed) which is 13 week recovery!
Oddly, if it is a menical tear, he has no objection to me doing a double iron man. But I am on maximum amount of legal pain killers (and a few illegal! ) and its still AGONY, even walking a few steps, so I need to get it sorted asap.
