I just had a swirly yellow-purple-red chunk of my giant wine gum. Delicious.
Were these cloggy ''drop'' wine gums or proper wine gums?

The house I'm looking at is on a flood plain (pretty much most of cloggers is on a flood plain)
They've accepted that it isn't in a flood area

I think I pay less for the church than I do on this house (or certainly comparable), so I'm a happy bunny this morning.

Well, a fruitfull morn sawing up CFLs to see wot's inside.

Inside two were some transistors wot are about to get fitted to that PC power supply if they work.

Only broke the glass on one.

All now taped up in a nice plastic bag for disposal by some other lucky fecker in the future.

Given that it's on the edge of a flood plain, and I know this, and the insurance company have accepted that it's outside the flood area.....

Is it worth getting a flood risk search done, which unless it comes back completely clear would alert the bank? We own the road up to the property, which will flood, but the property itself doesn't.

I'm thinking not - just get on with the mortgage, please!

Proper wine gums. I don't like 'drop'. Do you know what 'drop' does to men? It isn't good for the male apparatus. That's possibly the source of the Dutch insult 'droplul'.
