Neither norrahe nor I knew how crap the food would before coming to NL. I like the food in my own house and a couple of restaurants; company canteens are another matter

The food may be crap but the lifestyle here ( I find) is better than what I had in the UK.

Company catering is always going to to crap, even in the UK.
