                    Waiting for the legal pack. Downside is that it's grade II listed, but the sellers have plans approved by the council already.

                    It's half-converted - kitchen / diner, lounge, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet next to kids bedroom.

                    Lots of other work already done - underfloor heating in place but needs a floor putting above it, upstairs boarded and walls up but need plastering.
