Im contemplating making a counter offer to a company that made me an insulting offer to go perm, however they seem to have some good tech and I reckon I could take 12 months out of contracting and up skill.

just got a big fat no from an interview I had over a week ago. I'd given up on the gig due to lack of feedback but at least I can file it away and move on
