    Yeah, good call eek!

Now, I wish I hadn't eaten all that. I've got steak in 4 hours!

I'm all cultured out. Is it too early for cocktails?

I did, he remembers you. I gave him a brief low key update of your situ and he says hello. Talked to him about passion for cooking, showed him a few of my creations and mentioned that I was going to work for free in a restaurant to learn stuff - great conversation. He came from a French family of wine producers, hence his fine skill of matching wines with food.

Will probably be taking hyperD GF#1 there tomorrow followed by Hawksmoor or Benares for maximum déjà vu!

Tonight was great - I am sooooo stuffed! Best steak I've ever had, and great buttery lobster too!

                Morning all.

                Fecking petrol tank installed.

Couldn't face replacing brake pipes once I'd seen how difficult it would be.

As I was packing tools away, found the spare part.

Which I shall have to install this evening if the garage isn't full of puddles.

                Ho very hum.

I shall go & open the door to the hordes of esteemed customers waiting with bated breath to continue with their group project.

                    Yeah.

                    Right.

                      Oh.

                      There was one.

Presumably, like the train driver, he couldn't sleep.
