And to slightly relieve my tedium, I've just made another 4 40pin Zif socket adaptors so the 2nd year esteemed customers can program PIC16F877 without bending the pins.

In all the years I've been doing this we've very rarely blown up a PIC, they're as tough as old boots.
This year they've kuffered at least 3 of them.
And I can't figure out how they're doing it.
Though programming an 877 as if it's an 84 probably doesn't help a lot.Comment
