Inconsiderate indeed. I've cut down on my bunkitis incidents lately as I get irritable when people wake me up under my desk and expect me to do w*rk.

Only a 1 mile run today - I am still very unwell. I hate being unwell. LOts of vitamin c, echinacea and flu tablets. Not sure if its a heavy cold or light flu.
