I am now on a very fixed 8am-5pm. Long story.

But the good news is its 23 days until bonus announcement day. Will my doughnut be chocolate, sprinkles or low fat?

We have all the time in the world (well 8-5 weekdays anyway).

I got into a fight with HR. Well HR picked upon me for a fight. They insisted I worked 8:30-5:30 EVERY day as its whats in my contract. I was the only person in the company subjected to this.

The head of IT intervened and it got moved to 8:00 to 5:00. Only to stop me whining!

Thing is I am a professional and I would to work the ghours needed to get the job done. We have users in Singapore so I need to start a bit earlier. My colleague prefers lates so he covers the NY stuff.

I must start looking for a job at another hedge fund.....
