God, I do believe I have completely run out of livers...
Well, the good news is my home cured bacon is devoid of Clostridium botulinum bacteria, and I can say it's absolutely fabulous. Never will I buy any more bacon from a supermarket.
On a personal front, I'm just wasting away my life eating, cooking, watching streamed movies, playing guitar, singing badly and just ignoring all the important financial stuff like corp and personal tax returns, remortgage application forms etc
And I love it!
No guilt at all! Hopefully, I will morph into Homer Simpson in 2013.
If you think my attitude stinks, you should smell my fingers.

Same here, about to cure some bacon to go with the home made sausages that I'll be making in the next week or so.
Enjoying the good food and wine atm.
