    Well that's all the houses viewed.

    3 on the short list of which 2 are way out of the price range but I'm hoping our financial advisor can work miracles, given they have been on the market for aaaaages.

      b******s! Just checked through the landlord contract and they can stiff us for £750 odd, if we go direct.

      Have just had to inform the tenant that its not possible to go direct and also the tenant wants another pet, we didn't want pets to begin with and made an exception for the one and they can't have another.

                    Get a decent Barbour jacket they usually last ten years before needing to be replaced.

                    Although I do have an advantage as their factory shop is between current clientco and my parent's holiday flat
