Indeed I did. Called out a local spod, spent 5 minutes looking at it, removed a valve and jabbed it with a screw driver (to free it up; only problem was this thing was stuck open), put it back on and charged me £60 for a call-out fee.

I was livid (with BG). I have since been called by them to ask if I'll go back to them...let's just say I was not very pleasant to the $%^$%£$3 ^%&^&$%$%^^.

I was vastly unamused at the service when the condensate drain pipe on my parents' boiler froze two years ago.

The feckwhit plainly didn't know what he was doing.

However, the condensate pipe now has its very own central heating.
