mrs 5* has cooked some coliflower curry for tonight's tea and it doesn't look very nice.

it was great. had it with rice, peas, corn and some shredded chicken. (sort of a chicken fried rice) but not fried

I made wiener schnitzel with creamed brandied mushrooms.

Had a Thai curry yesterday so another curry might have been overdoing it.

Though I do have some curry paste left over so might make some thai fish cakes tomorrow.

We are having turkey stuffed peppers

Got some turkey mince that we need to use so going with :
Ingredients

2 red peppers
150g Quorn mince - but we are using turkey mince.
1 red onion, finely diced
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
2 tsps paprika
1 x 400g can tomatoes
1 tsp vegetable stock powder
a few fresh basil leaves
50g low Fat Mature Cheese, grated
freshly ground black pepper
