Got a bit of a moral dilemma.

We bought a chair off a company on ebay, loads of issues with it. They have sent another one and told us we can keep the first. Only because they forgot to collect the first one.
6 weeks from purchase it was sorted and the company refunded 50% of the price.

So last night I leave the appropriate feedback - -ve and a few comments.

Within minutes of the -ve a message appears asking me why. We exchange messages and they are now offering a full refund if I modify my feedback.

Its not a lot of money and as I've had 50% already and I have 2 chairs (one that is a little wobbly) I told them I wouldn't.

Few more message exchange, and they will pay full 100% as well as the 50% I've already received.

Do I let them buy my silence ? Or should I leave it ?

I can be bought for a JD and coke and a doner kebab so I'm probably not the best person to ask.

The neg was for failed deliveries, very poor comms.
The replacement chair took best part of 4 weeks to get sorted out after endless phone calls, emails etc..
